Goal of this MBA program
Management program is designed to provide systematic learning in various field of management functions of organizations. In this course of study, student can learn deep insight of overall management function and specific disciplines such as accounting, human resource management, production management, marketing, and MIS and general management.
More than ever before, the ability to understand and be understood is critical for success in the corporate world. Communication is no longer limited by the narrow definitions of the past. Achieving a business leadership position today means not only being adept at both oral and written communication, but also understanding communication from a strategic point of view and knowing how to effectively organize and present information to audiences of all sizes. - Principles of economics
- This course focuses on the application of economic concepts in individual and business decision making process. It also discusses tools to analyze aggregate economic behavior such as economic growth, money, productivity ,inflation, and unemployment and Micro and Macro economic theories.

- Principles of accounting
- The course is concerned with the study and application of accounting concepts in relation to planning and control of business operations. Quantitative techniques and behavioral impact of accounting systems will be included.

- Organizational behavior
- The course is focuses on the analyzation of both theoretical and empirical background that explains human behavior within the organization and the environmental relationships that affect the organizational behavior of human resources within organization.

- Marketing
- The course is to review all the fundamental elements of the marketing mix, including product, price, place and promotion as well as to build brand equity and optimize sales to improve profitability.

- Financial Management
- The objective of this course is to review theories and instruments to examine financial activities of the organization regarding financial analysis and budgeting, decision making, decision making decisions, and dividend decisions.

- The course introduces theory and practice of production management such as design, operation and control of production system. It also includes the methods, strategies and application of various economical and mathematical tools in meeting the market demand requirement including inventory control, quality control.

- The course focuses on current information system concepts and technologies which has become an crucial component of management. It is important to understand the history of IT development and the strategic use of IT in managing organization. Students learn how information systems give a business or organization a competitive edge by providing technologies that help managers plan, control and make decisions.

- The course is concerned in learning knowledge structure and method of statistical theory that serves as basis for decision making for corporate management.
