Introduction
Goals
Department of Cosmetic Science & Management provides convergence education program which encompasses material science, design, and marketing in the area of cosmetic science and management. Through various industry-related activities and international programs, the department aims to foster specialized individuals who lead the glocal beauty care industry. As a global education institution dedicated to build a strong foundation of cosmetic and beauty industry, we open the door for the future professionals through a combination of challenging coursework, ongoing academic support, and countless chances to learn outside the classroom.
To build and support future global leader, we provide distinctive opportunities to connect with industries, develop valuable skills, become involved in global and local leadership, and ultimately enjoy success as a beauty industry professional. We, with our vision and mission, provide students with the chance to create their own interdisciplinary experience and to open doors for intellectual exploration beyond classroom. Therefore, the students will champion the following qualifications.
- Convergence: Convergent knowledge and issue solving capability
- Field-based experience: Sense of reality through local and global business experiences
- Leadership: Leadership in local and global beauty industry

- Admissions: Applicants are required to hold Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from diverse fields.
- For policies and requirements, please refer to those of Graduate School of Incheon National University.
- Graduate students may take courses from adjacent departments on approval by the department chair.
