- Introduction
- The department of Industrial & Management Engineering (IME) at Incheon National University started a graduate program in 1996, and the department currently offers advanced education courses for Masters and and Ph.D. programs. The IME department pursues cultivating scientific and engineering knowledge and global leadership of graduate students through creative and interative learning environments and resources. Graduate students at the IME department have various opportunities to cultivate their research capabilities in principles and methodologies to improve operational and management performance in an industrial system. Talented domestic and international students at IME are performing active studies for the effective and efficient design, development, and improvement of various systems relevant to production, manufacturing, and service operations.

The IME department aims to foster professionals with systemic knowledge and problem-solving abilities in decision problems for various industrial applications. The IME department are offering advanced graduate programs (Masters and Ph.D.) based on data-driven analytic techniques and industrial projects to meet the needs for various industrial fields.
