Department of Intelligent Semiconductor Engineering
Overview of the Department
This department was established in 2023 to foster talents who will lead the development of the intelligent semiconductor field. The intelligent semiconductor field is rapidly advancing through the integration of artificial intelligence technology, requiring systematic education. This department is a graduate program of a cooperative education process consisting of professors from the natural sciences and engineering fields, and conducts education and research in all fields related to intelligent semiconductors, including materials, devices, processes, and systems, to cultivate interdisciplinary talents in the field.
Educational Objectives
The educational objective is to cultivate convergent talents who will lead the future semiconductor industry. To achieve this, the education program is designed as a cooperative course between the natural sciences and engineering fields, aiming to cultivate innovative talents with both fundamental and applied abilities.

Principles
- Credit for degree : 24 credits for MS, 60 credits for PhD (including the 24 credits of MS course)
- Course registration is done under the guidance of the advisor, and it is possible to take all courses offered by the Department of Intelligent Semiconductor Engineering.
- Departmental regulations follow the regulations of the graduate school as a general principle.
